One of the leading causes of high CPU usage is Runtime Broker, which manages app permissions downloaded from the Microsoft Store on your PC. If the Processes tab indicates this process is consuming over 80% of processor usage, this may be to blame for slow performance issues.
Examining the logs of the process will also enable you to identify any errors during its operation and allow you to quickly locate its ClientProcessId and resolve it quickly.
