We Save You Time and Resources By Curating Relevant Information and News About Card Games.

I don’t recall when I encountered my first card game, or why I felt compelled to play it, but I’m sure it was in the early days of my youth. I grew up on the plains of Illinois in the land of Lincoln with my parents, my two sisters, and my brother, and we did not have a television. So, we spent most evenings playing card games and board games of some sort.

I remember spending hours playing games like Risk, Chutes and Ladders, Candyland, Life, and many more. Eventually, I spent more time playing chess and other games that required deeper thought. In my early teens, my father purchased our first computer, and my days of enjoying board and card games were almost over.

Now, I live on the top of a small mountain in Tennessee with my family and they enjoy playing board and card games at night. I enjoy watching them as it seems like a throwback to the days of my youth. I wish I could still stand playing games.

I’m now fascinated with the concept of using games of all types, including board games, card games, virtual reality games, and online games, to help educate and teach the newer generations through simulation and stimulation. I’ve created this website to help collect my ideas, thoughts, and news regarding the topic of board games.

In any case, I hope you enjoy my public collection of card game news, research, and investigation.
